Welcome to ZapRemind! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of Services

ZapRemind provides software for sending informational SMS reminders to customers. Users may access and utilize the software only after purchasing a monthly or annual subscription. The software may only be used for the business information provided by the user.

2. Customer Consent Requirements

Users are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining proper consent from their customers before sending any informational SMS messages through our service. This includes:
- Obtaining explicit opt-in consent from customers to receive informational SMS messages
- Maintaining clear records of customer consent
- Providing clear opt-out instructions in messages
- Honoring opt-out requests promptly
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding SMS messaging, including but not limited to TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
- Ensuring messages are informational in nature and not promotional or marketing content

Failure to obtain proper consent or comply with SMS regulations may result in immediate termination of service and potential legal consequences. ZapRemind is not responsible for any legal issues arising from users' failure to obtain proper customer consent.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Users must purchase a subscription to access the software and SMS reminder services. If a subscription is canceled, users will retain access until the end of the paid period. After that, access will be revoked unless the subscription is renewed. Users may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

4. User Data & Privacy

We collect and store user data, including name, email, business name, business address, and payment information. We also collect non-personal data through web cookies. Our Privacy Policy, available at https://zapremind/privacy-policy, explains how we handle user data.

5. Modifications to Terms

ZapRemind may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Users will be notified of changes via email. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States.
